Sophia Wagner married Adoph Hummel in Germany.
Together they had one son, Henry.  Adolph died in the mid 1860s.

Sophia then married Karl Kopke in 1866.  When they came to
America in 1872, the spelling of their name changed to "Copke"
 and her husband changed his name to Charles Copke.

After her husband Charles died in 1906, she married John Jacob Walters
on September 26, 1907 in Kankakee, Illinois.  J.J. was also from Germany.
